Reporting comprised interviews with former tea board members and records requests to the Food and Drug Administration. Records included a 1984 interview transcript, tea board rosters, historical press releases, internal FDA memoranda, and others. I also consulted federal registers, the Congressional Record, academic journal articles, and newspaper archives.
